Lorna McLeod, Creative Callings Coaching, coaches business and organizational leaders. A problem she regularly encounters is clients’ inability to address money issues in a clear and straightforward manner. Lorna has skill at both standard and novel methods to address this. She thoroughly enjoys helping her clients to avoid or lessen the impact of these and other problems that come with change.

She is the author of the soon-to-be released book, "The Grant Readiness Guide: Eleven Keys to Unlock Your Funding Potential," the first in her series, "The Nonprofit Coach." The book addresses what must be done before people apply for grants to significantly increase their chances of being funded. For the past few years she has worked with leaders who want to make a significant difference in the world.

Among her clients are Global Youth Action Network, Costa Rica Conservation Trust, Enersol, Pioneers of Change, New Earth Foundation, and Global Response. Her clients are from throughout the USA, and also Australia, Germany, South Africa, Costa Rica, Tajikistan, England, Ireland the Dominican Republic, and more.

Trained as a coach in 1990 and certified through the Academy for Coaching Excellence, and in the process of becoming a Certified Financial Coach™, Lorna has more than 30 years experience founding and running nonprofit organizations and businesses. She supports clients to build their skills, develop confidence in their work, and to achieve greater fulfillment, ease, and effectiveness in their lives. She is in the process of becoming a Certified Financial Coach™. After working with Lorna, many clients find they have greater satisfaction in their work and lives because they have greater certainty in their leadership and management skills.
